All was clean, I appreciated very good staff and location. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk were a nice touch. The restaurant was great, with warm dishes. It made my trip to New York a great experience🙂

Perfect staff, common room - we had a very positive experience. The meal served at the garden restaurant was decent. Unbelievable location a 10-15 minute walk from upper west side. The bistro bar in the hotel had lots of mixed beers, tea and mineral water throughout the day.

Good service, extremly helpful staff, very pretty location. They served a delicious continental breakfast. The alcoholic drinks in terrace bar were very welcome.
Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Spotlessly clean, good value hotel, the location was perfect next to central New York and good restaurants. The bar was nice with terrific staff. Had quiet room with great sound proofing and a nice view and twin beds for a fairly nice stay.

It was a perfect stay, surprising place. Pool was excellent and the staff were caring. Had complimentary drinks in the oyster bar. Had no problem using their complimentary parking, the internet was premium. Lucky that it was just a short walk away from Andy's Deli, offering food to go.

A restful way to end my weekend. Such lovely and pretty clean place with HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL staff. Room was well decorated and just fantastic, bed was very comfy. The attached restaurant was reasonably priced, exceptional service. Found in a beautiful area.
